I was obliged to register with a doctor having temporarily relocated to the area. The surgery is bright and has a positive vibe but the staff, from the receptionists, to the nurses and my doctor, Dr. Tam, I found them all, without exception, professional and helpful. What I really found refreshing is that they all have time to listen. A great team.

A beautiful old church on the hillside above quaint village of Barmouth! What a wonderful view and site to see after driving through the green hills of Wales. Inside was amazing to see . Had to walk up to church fyi.
Massive Victorian church that is great for singing in. Superb acoustics.

Sadly seems to now just be a collection point for refugee donations. The church is historic and interesting. Fabulous decorated tiles on the floor. Shame it can't be preserved better.

My partner and i came here for our first camping trip together, we are generally materialistic people and was a little worries about how we were going to get on. I can truly say it was an incredible experience and the campsite was at the top of our holiday. We were welcomed when we arrived by two lovely people who i think own the campsite, very friendly and welcoming which was lovely!! was told everything we needed to know and all of our questions answered before i even needed to ask them!! we stayed on the Valley pitch which was amazing! the view was incredible, your not next to other tents which is fab and very private, the toilets and showers were extremely clean and work very well definitely worth the walk up the hill!! On some days we left our adventures in the hands of the Graig Wen staff, if we were unsure on what we could fill our day with we just needed to pop into reception and ask. Will definitely be returning soon and telling everyone! Thank you for making our holiday special.
Nice friendly campsite but pitches for motorhomes are a bit crowded and small. The location and views from this campsite are spectacular and the facilities are great, particularly the honesty shop and mud kitchen for kids. But for a motorhome there are limited spaces up the top of the site by the road as the track down to the best camping spots is too steep. I would definitely come back if I was camping in a tent.

**Dog friendly** we came to Barmouth for fish and chips on the beach but walked past this place and the food looked amazing. As dogs were allowed inside we decided to change our plans, staff were really friendly and food was amazing, we both had Crayfish Salad which was delicious. Only very slight gripe was my hubby originally ordered the half lobster special but was told it had run out, literally 5 mins later 2 separate parties came in and ordered half lobster and got it ???? Not sure what happened there and it was the same lad that took the order?? I will still give 5 stars as food and atmosphere was great.
Great friendly place. Loved the Lobster thermador freshly prepared for us. Went back for the fish chowder which was also very good. Will certainly go back again when in Barmouth. Trying the 8oz surf and turf burger tonight
